CHOCOLATE CANDIES

It was my birthday and I couldn’t spoil my “brand” by serving the girls from the dance class with purchased candy. Knowing how much girls love chocolate, I thought I’d serve them with chocolates. The success was fulminant! I know, I’m modest again.

    Ingredients (for 34 candies)

    • 200 grams of chocolate
    • 4 tablespoons of coconut oil
    • 4 tablespoons of coconut flakes
    • A teaspoon of cocoa
    • A handful of raisins
    • A handful of cranberries
    • A handful of almonds or walnuts
    • A few drops of lemon essence

    Method of preparation

    Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a saucepan over low heat, stirring continuously. After they have melted and completely homogenized, take it off the heat and add the coconut flakes, raisins, cranberries and previously chopped walnuts. Put the pan in the fridge for a few minutes, until the composition hardens a little, so that we can form the candies. Then, with a spoon, piles are made on baking paper placed in a tray. Put the tray in the refrigerator or in a cold room, and in an hour we can eat the most delicious and healthy candies ever seen.
