I only had two small chicken hot dogs, and I didn’t know how to get out of them, for breakfast, 2 portions worthy of two adults, something on the principle of “how to divide two straws between three donkeys”.
So to the two straws I also added a handful of fresh hay, so to speak, that is, I made a simple omelette of three eggs and a little salt and pepper, baked in a non-stick pan, with a little goose fat , on low heat and with a lid, so it came out fluffy but springy. I cut the omelette in half, put a handful of fresh arugula on each half and a warm sausage and rolled the halves not very tightly. Together with a few olives and a slice of cauliflower bread they made a hearty breakfast, and so all the donkeys started their day with fresh energy.
