Sometimes I’m too lazy to make a salad dressing and I use store bought dressing. I know it’s not the healthiest alternative, but laziness sucks. Today, however, I was industrious and I woke up in the morning, I went to the market, not to the local grocery store, which is closer, I bought all the green, fresh and tasty wonders, and I said to myself that they deserve a sauce to match.
Ingredients:
- Half a teaspoon of grated ginger
- A teaspoon of mustard
- 3 teaspoons of tahini
- A teaspoon of honey
- 2 teaspoons of flax seed oil
- 4 teaspoons of olive oil
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of pepper
- The juice of a lemon
Method of preparation
Mix everything in the blender (a small one, otherwise we just smear the walls of the bowl) and that’s the whole philosophy. When I tasted the resulting sauce it seemed to me that I had exaggerated the lemon, it turns out quite sour, but then I realized that this is an advantage, because I only had 2 teaspoons for a bowl of salad, it was not need more to feel the taste. I made a salad of fresh spinach leaves, kale, orach and a little parsley, a carrot and half a millet bun cut into pieces. I put the rest of the sauce in a jar and will use it later.
